Meet our Senior Management Team!

Paul O'Hara
Clinical Director
HCPC No - PH54179
Paul is both a spinal and sports injury specialist. He has a special interest in running injuries and is considered to be an expert practitioner in this field. He has also worked with some of the world’s top Olympic athletes in track and field competitions including The IAAF Diamond League events in London and Zurich. Paul works on a consultancy basis for both British Athletics and England Athletics. He was also selected to work at the London 2012 Olympic Games and worked with several athletes leading up to the games.
Paul also assisted in the screening of young athletes as part of ‘On Camp with Kelly’ mentoring scheme with Dame Kelly Holmes and for the English Institute of Sport (EIS). Paul has post-graduate experience in manual therapy (including HVLA manipulations), acupuncture and rehabilitation. He completed an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy at Cardiff University and presented the results of his thesis at the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine (ACPSEM) Biennial conference in 2011. Paul then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy also at Cardiff University. In addition to his role at Back on Track, Paul maintains a position of a visiting lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Sports Science undergraduate degree course at the University of Greenwich.

Kerri Vass
Practice Manager
Kerri has dedicated over 20 years to shaping and nurturing our clinic into the welcoming place it is today. From the moment you walk through our doors, her influence can be felt in the warmth of the environment, the organisation of the practice, and the supportive culture that underpins everything we do. Known for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support, Kerri goes above and beyond for both patients and colleagues alike. Her loving presence and commitment to excellence have been central to the clinic’s success, making her not only a remarkable Practice Manager but truly the heart of our team.

Lisa O'Hara

Lisa is a kind and caring member of our team, providing essential support that keeps the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. She plays a key role in managing administrative tasks and coordinating the yearly operations of the clinic, ensuring that everything is organised and efficient. Her attention to detail, reliability, and dedication help create a seamless experience for both staff and patients alike. Beyond her organisational skills, Lisa’s warm and approachable nature brings a sense of calm and positivity to the workplace. Kelly Kilmartin-Disson
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
HCPC No - PH102712
It is Kelly’s passion to help her clients achieve their goals however great or small they may be. She, herself, has a background in kickboxing and loves to take on physical challenges such as triathlons and marathons.
Kelly graduated from the University of East London in 2013. She has post graduate qualifications in Sports and Remedial Massage and completed a BTEC level 5 (the highest available qualification in the UK) course at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). In addition, she has also completed courses in Acupuncture, Pilates and Strength & Conditioning. She has spent her time in private practice physiotherapy where she has gained a wealth of experience in treating and managing Musculoskeletal injuries.

Esther Hamm
Pediatric & Women's Health Specialist Physiotherapist
HCPC No - PH31191
Esther qualified in 1983. She spent 25 years working in the NHS and has been working in the private sector for the past 12 years. Esther has specialised in women’s health physiotherapy and the treatment of both adult and paediatric musculoskeletal.
Esther has a Chartered Society of Physiotherapy-endorsed qualification in women’s health physiotherapy. She will treat ladies suffering from incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse as well as ante and post-natal pregnancy-related conditions. Esther will assess and treat adults and children with musculoskeletal conditions and those needing post-operative rehabilitation.

Effie Georgopoulou
Physiotherapist

It is Effie’s passion to assist her clients achieve their goals and keep them sane! She herself has a background in football, volleyball and Karate Goju Kai. Effie graduated from Alexander Technological Education of Physiotherapy in Thessaloniki, Greece in 2016 with a 1st class Bachelor’s degree: her thesis covering “Hyrdotherapy and elderly stage”. She has also completed a course on Thai and relaxing reflexology massage and carries a diploma in reformer pilates. After spending a couple of years working in a multitude of 5★ hotels, spanning across Greece, Ireland and England, doing remedial and sports massage; Effie decided it was time to follow her passion and work on musculoskeletal injuries. Her passion to help her clients has driven her to work across multiple sectors. Effie is a fantastic physio!

James Wright
Sports Massage Therapist
James is a highly experienced soft tissue therapist who trained with the London School of Sports massage as a BTEC 5 Sports and remedial massage therapist as well as dry needling acupuncture for pain. Originally from Adelaide, Australia, James is a keen cyclist! After spending the first 10 years of his working life in the UK around music festivals and live events, James decided it was time to follow his true passion and retrained in sports massage.
Over the years James has worked alongside physiotherapists, coaches and medical teams in elite sports and private practices. He currently also spends one day a week with Olympians and Para-Olympians at the English Institute of Sport (EIS). James enjoys helping to resolve shoulder and neck issues with a keen interest in headaches and mental health. He approaches all treatment from a holistic point of view, with an eye to each individual’s lifestyle, to give every person the best care for their needs.

Wioleta Bialy
Physiotherapist

Wioleta has been working in the private sector since she graduated from the University of Rzeszow in 2009. She completed a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy. She has gained a wide variety of experience in treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, posture and movement. Wioleta is happy to integrate alternative medicines with her extensive Physiotherapy knowledge, to help improve movement patterns and get the most effective outcome for her patients.
Wioleta is a highly motivated physiotherapist with a clinical focus on providing the highest quality physiotherapy treatment for each patient individually and holistically. She communicates effectively to maximise their rehabilitation and to ensure a full understanding, of often, very complex clinical issues affecting their recovery. Wioleta is quick to respond to symptom changes with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Embracing both manual therapy and soft tissue techniques combined with assessing muscle imbalance and core stability she provides appropriate advice and exercises to rehabilitate and further prevent injury reoccurrence.

Chloe Mackay
Physiotherapist

Chloe is passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they love, whether that’s competitive sport or simply feeling confident in everyday movement. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool, she combines evidence-based practice with a performance-focused approach to rehabilitation.
A keen sportswoman herself, Chloe has previously played women’s football at a competitive level, including for Crystal Palace Ladies FC, and enjoys running and taking on new physical challenges. Her personal experience in sport gives her a strong understanding of the physical and psychological demands of injury and recovery.
Chloe has a particular interest in lower limb injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Her postgraduate research explored the return to play experience following ACL injury, giving her insight into both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. She is passionate about delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes that help clients feel strong, confident and fully supported throughout their journey.
