World Champion 2026!
Jessica O'Hara

Jess’s competitive dance career has been nothing short of outstanding. Since 2018, she has proudly represented the UK Southern Region at the World Championships, consistently placing in the top 5 and achieving incredible results at national level. Known for her positivity, dedication, and unwavering support for her teammates, Jess has always been a shining light both on and off the stage.
In February 2024, Jess was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. What followed was an incredibly tough journey through chemotherapy, lasting until October 2024, when she was officially placed into remission.
Despite the challenges she faced, Jess continued to dance, holding onto the passion she loves and showing remarkable strength and determination as she rebuilt herself step by step.
Her resilience and commitment have led to an unforgettable moment. On Friday 3rd April 2026, Jessica O’Hara was crowned World Champion with a perfect score, an extraordinary achievement and a true testament to her courage and perseverance.
Jess is an honour to support and sponsor. Her journey inspires us all, and we couldn’t be prouder. Massive congratulations, Jess, you truly deserve it!

Dean Reeves
Olympic BMX Racer
Halfway through 2023, Dean was involved in an accident on a racing track, leaving him unconscious for 2 minutes and with 30 minutes of memory loss. On top of this, he suffered with ligament damage to his hand, a separated shoulder injury and a knee that gave way every 5 or so steps, as well as a large amount of swelling that would not go down. After 2 weeks of no progress in the knee, he was pleased to show no signs of a concussion. He began by approaching a wide range of recommended rehabilitation techniques, including physiotherapy
Paul O’Hara (Clinical Director) decided to sponsor Dean due to his long-standing involvement with Olympic Athletes, which meant he was able to customise his rehabilitation programs and exercise routines to prepare him for all upcoming events. In November 2023, Dean was awarded African Continental Champion 2023, and has qualified the country (Morocco) to compete at the Olympics in Paris 2024. Dean, you are an inspiration and a true pleasure to work with. We are so proud of everything you have achieved! Lets see what the future holds.

Hollie Vass
Professional Irish Dancers
Hollie is a passionate and competitive Irish dancer whose commitment to the art form has seen her excel on the national stage. Training since childhood, she developed the strength, skill, and resilience required to compete at the highest level of traditional Irish dance.
Backed by the expertise and support of Paul, our Clinical Director, Hollie benefited from both injury management and bespoke Strength and Conditioning programmes, helping her reach incredible competitive heights. In 2023, she achieved a fantastic 2nd place at the Scottish National Championships, followed by an outstanding 2nd place finish at the North American Nationals in Nashville — cementing her reputation as one of the top dancers in her field.
In 2024, Hollie made the difficult decision to retire from competition. However, her connection with the clinic continues, as she works closely with Paul and the physiotherapy team on her rehabilitation. Beyond her own recovery, Hollie is now focused on supporting the next generation of dancers, using her knowledge and experience to develop training programmes and embarking on an exciting new chapter in her teaching career.

Athlete Sponsor - Serita Soloman
British 60m Hurdles Champion
Serita Solomon, former British 60m Hurdles Champion and European Indoor bronze medallist, has left an indelible mark on athletics and on our clinic. Competing for Blackheath & Bromley Harriers, she achieved international recognition in 2015 with the 6th fastest time in the world, while consistently ranking in the top three nationally.
Her career was defined not only by podium finishes but also by resilience. Overcoming two Achilles tendon ruptures, Serita demonstrated extraordinary determination — a quality that inspired everyone around her.
Back on Track Physiotherapy had the privilege of supporting Serita with physiotherapy treatment from the age of 14 through to her professional career. Although she has now retired from competition, the legacy of her dedication, strength, and perseverance lives on within the very foundation of our clinic. The lessons learned through her journey continue to shape the way we care for and support every athlete who walks through our doors.
